Sponsor: Tim Blackman and Family Brigadoon is a romantic, musical comedy about two Americans who stumble upon an enchanting town in the Scottish Highlands, Brigadoon, on the day it comes to life. Brigadoon exists for one day each century, and then fades away for another hundred years. A love story, written by award winners Lerner and Loewe (whose other hits include "My Fair Lady" and "Gigi"), Brigadoon has been captivating audiences since it opened in 1947. The musical is filled with dancing based on Highland Flings and Scottish folk dances, as well as traditional tartans, bagpipes and a delightful musical score. A show for all ages, you'll want to be sure to visit this enchanted place before it disappears again! |
