BOX OFFICE HOURS
Monday through Friday 10 AM - 2 PM and Tuesday 6 - 8 PM, and before each performance. The Box Office opens three weeks before each opening night and remains open until the end of the production.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seats are designated for each performance. Handicapped seating is not available online. Please call the Box Office for assistance.

FEES
Convenience fees are applied to online purchases. A $1 per ticket processing fee will be applied to all credit card purchases made through the Box Office.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Tickets for exchange must be presented in the Box Office in person at the Box Office no less than 48 hours before the performance date. Exchanges are subject to seat availability. Exchanges will not be made after the performance date. There are no refunds.

MENU
Friday and Saturday dinners feature a delicious prime rib dinner including salad, vegetable, baked potato, coffee or tea, and desserts. A Vegan meal, consisting striclty of vegetables, may be substituted by special request at the time of the ticket purchase. No meal substitution requests will be accepted after the Monday preceding the date on your ticket. Please call the box office to make your request. You will be given a meal request ticket for your server. Please present the ticket to your server when greeted. No Vegan meals will be delivered to a patron without the request slip. If you misplace your slip, please see the box office upon arrival. There will be no exceptions to this procedure.

ANTHONY'S LOUNGE
Anthony's is open before each performance and until the end of intermission. Join us for a refreshing beverage, scintillating conversation, and spectacular sunsets performed nightly.

LATE ARRIVALS
For your safety, and out of respect for our performers and your fellow patrons, arrivals after curtain will be seated at intermission. Please make arrangements to arrive with plenty of time to be seated before curtain.

ELECTRONICS
Please silence all electronic devices. Videotaping, audio recording and flash photography is strictly prohibited without written permission from Highlands Little Theatre and the production's licensing agent.

TODDLER & INFANT ATTENDANCE POLICY
All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend any performance at Highlands Little Theatre. To ensure optimum enjoyment for all patrons, we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 not attend shows other than those designated as toddler friendly. Broadway shows, full-length plays and concerts are not toddler friendly. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Additionally, even for children over the age of 5, many shows would not be enjoyable or suitable. Some shows contain mature content, language or themes. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to seek additional information. We do urge that parents consider their children's interests, maturity and attention span, and also the rights of people seated around them. We want the theater to be a good experience for everyone. Please note that anyone making a disturbance during a show will be asked to leave - no matter what his or her age. Some Toddler Friendly shows may offer lap tickets. Individual show policies for lap seating vary. If purchasing tickets for a child under 18 months old, ask if the show has a lap ticket policy and what it is.
