Zenon Awards Show

zenon Be a part of the suspense and surprise as HLT's finest celebrate the previous season. The "Zenon Awards" are popular lucite pyramid awards, named for our gracious patron, Zenon C.R. Hansen, whose foundation continues to support the event.

Our local version of the "Tony Awards" and "People's Choice Awards" combined, the Zenons are determined by votes from our patrons, as well as production staff of previous shows. The votes are counted by the N.C.T. Group, a local accounting firm, sealed, and not announced until that evening.

There will be awards for Best Actor and Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Actress, Best Director, Best Play as well as many others. Board Service Awards celebrating successes for other volunteers, as well as the coveted "JaneLou Buck Award" for Significant Lifetime Achievement will be presented that evening.

The "Zenons" is a gala event that sells out quickly and should be part of your theatre schedule.
